The short version of the fine print.

The Monthly plan bills $19 every month, automatically. You can skip any individual box or cancel any time from your account.

We send a heads-up email 5 days before chargeso you have time to skip a box you don't want. If we can't fulfill a month (e.g., supplier issue), we refund or push that month forward at your option.

The Quarterly plan bills $54 every 3 months. Three monthly boxes ship over the quarter. Skip a single box within the quarter and we credit a make-up box to the next cycle. Cancel any time before renewal.

The Year plan bills $179 once a year and includes all 12 monthly boxes plus a numbered founding-member card. If you cancel mid-year, remaining boxes still ship through the end of your paid term.

We ship via USPS Ground in the United States. Free shippingon all monthly boxes and on single ducks $14 and up. Allow 5–10 business days from each box's ship date. International shipping is not yet supported.

We'll refund or replace any box damaged in shipping or with manufacturing defects. Email hello@duckcrate.comwith a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right same-day.

A meaningful share of every box is donated to a charity the community votes on each quarter. Donation totals and the recipients are posted publicly at /giving each quarter.

Ducks are intended to be left on vehicles as a friendly gesture. Don't damage vehicles.Don't harass anyone. Don't leave ducks where they could be a road or pedestrian hazard. Be kind — the whole point is kindness.

Use of DuckCrate products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or injury arising from leaving ducks on vehicles or any other use of our products. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
