Quarterly drops

The Drop subscription bills $49 every 3 months, automatically. You can skip any individual drop or cancel any time from your account. We send a "drop opens" email 5 days before charge so you have time to skip or cancel.

Annual prepay

The Year plan bills $179 once a year and includes all 4 drops plus a welcome kit. If you cancel mid-year, remaining drops still ship.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Ground in the US. Free shipping for all drops and single ducks. Allow 5–10 business days from drop ship date. International shipping is not yet supported.

Refunds

We'll refund any drop damaged in shipping or with manufacturing defects. Email hello@duckcrate.com with a photo and we'll handle it.

Charitable donation

A meaningful portion of every drop is donated to a charity the community chooses. Donation totals are posted publicly once a year.

Acceptable use

Ducks are intended to be left on vehicles as a friendly gesture. Don't damage vehicles, don't harass anyone, don't leave ducks where they can be a hazard. Be kind. The whole point is kindness.

Liability

Use of DuckCrate products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or injury arising from leaving ducks on vehicles or any other use of our products.
